About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate and oversee IB and affiliate relationships in Japan
- Prospect, recruit, and integrate new partners, traders, and IBs
- Create leads via partner ecosystems, affiliate programs, and social platforms
- Foster enduring partner ties to increase trading volume and business expansion
- Track partner metrics and deliver ongoing performance reports with insights
- Keep abreast of Forex/CFD market trends, competitors, and key developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or fluent Japanese and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated track record in business development, partnerships, or sales in Forex/CFD
- Established contacts in Japanese IB, affiliate, or trading networks (highly desirable)
- In-depth knowledge of FX platforms like MT4, MT5, or equivalents
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated for independent remote work
