About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cleaning will be required for this position
Data Hall subfloor/surface/crevice/ cleaning using approved equipment, attachments, and methodologies.
Scrub floor tile surfaces to client expectations.
Clean overhead cable trays, conduits, busways, and other fixtures using approved equipment, attachments, and methodologies.
Vacuum, sweep, and damp mop floor to client expectations.
HEPA vacuum acoustical ceiling bottom faces.
Vertical and horizontal surface wipe down to client expectations using approved equipment, attachments, and methodologies.
Clean surfaces up to 12 feet, including conduits and other fixtures
Wipe down exteriors of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Spot clean equipment and fixtures.
Cosmetic cleaning tasks.
Particulate testing.
Trash and recyclable disposal.
General janitorial functions that might include spill cleanup, common area cleaning and sanitation, and office area dusting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform general custodial/cleaning practices and methodologies
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work at different heights and surfaces
Ability to work with arms above shoulders less than 25% of the time
Ability to use mobile application technology
Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses
Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables
Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow
Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
Possession of a valid driver’s license, passport, and/or a REAL ID for work-related travel, as required
