About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts pre-project meetings with client's local POC and ensures project goals are established
- Plans/coordinates travel and access to the site
- Confirms daily THAs are being conducted by the Team Lead prior to beginning work each day
- Completes project controls sheet on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are met
- Submits weekly reports to supervisor
- Delivers post-project reports to client's POC at conclusion of projects
- Reviews/Approves timecards and employee expenses each week
- Involved with new hire onboarding from Talent Acquisition requests, through candidate interviews, to standardized new hire onboarding process
- Engages with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project team lead or management experience to achieve improved results
- Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation
- Technical understanding and communication to peers/management and client POCs
- Experience coordinating and developing sequence of operations and like documents
