About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites
- Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding company products
- Share clinical knowledge of products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques
- Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff
- Provide case support, including operating room/procedure support
- Work with sales, marketing, and R&D personnel to communicate product, clinical, and market information
- Support troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products
- Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with implanted products
- Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel
- Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers
- Assist sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and physician and hospital accounts
- Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
- 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices
- Operating room experience
- Ability to provide clinical support, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up
- Ability to educate physicians and hospital staff on product use
- Ability to develop and maintain physician, hospital, and clinical-site relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- Ability to adapt strategy to new opportunities, challenges, and unexpected developments
- Ability to travel to hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers
