About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical staff at assigned sites
  • Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise on company products
  • Demonstrate products and provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff
  • Provide case support, including operating room and procedure support
  • Communicate product, clinical, and market information to sales, marketing, and R&D personnel

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel
  • Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
  • 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices
  • Operating room experience
  • Clinical knowledge of company products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques
  • Ability to provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff
  • Ability to troubleshoot, program, and conduct patient follow-up for implanted products
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to adapt strategy to new opportunities, challenges, and unexpected developments
