Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts with high attention to detail
Develop subject-matter expertise on contract formation, compliance
Maintain contract records, metrics, and compliance materials
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage contracts, networks, members
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations, policies
Partner with sales representatives to strengthen contract position(s)
Manage multiple projects/sprints, escalate complexities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong qualitative and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn/expand medical device marketplace (and HLS Industry) know-how
Strategic thinker; ability to support revenue-adjacent priorities and condense timelines
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enjoys gamifying the routine to gain efficiencies
Detail-oriented; can manage multiple detailed initiatives to completion
Desire to grow and expand your scope of responsibility, credibility, influence
Prior internship and/or direct experiences within the HLS Industry: strongly preferred
Undergraduate social leadership/responsibility and/or honor society accolades: strongly preferred
