About the role
- Responsible for the overall commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy across the assigned territory
- Manage the sales geography and set territory strategy
- Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies
- Identify business opportunities and ensure effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems to meet revenue commitments
- Expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers; drive go-to-market plans and core messaging
- Facilitate collection and dissemination of competitive intelligence and conduct real-world market research for product and marketing insights
- Collaborate with regional peers in clinical education and field engineering to redefine patient and clinical experience
- Travel up to 50% and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth US team environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant business experience
- Minimum 3 years prior medical device sales required
- Documented sales success
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience
- 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time – including overnights
