About the role

  • You will primarily work in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier.
  • You conduct around 10–15 on-site appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up.
  • You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets.
  • You deliver live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment.
  • You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.

Requirements

  • Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality. Career changers are welcome!
  • Initial experience in sales or in customer-facing part-time roles is a big plus.
  • You enjoy being out and about, entering kitchens and building personal relationships with chefs and managers.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally.
  • Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently in addition to German or English.
