About the role
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (primary focus) and Google Ads, with a focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Take full ownership of the paid acquisition funnel, from creative conceptualization and channel selection to ongoing optimization and reporting
- Dive deep into marketing analytics (Google Analytics, GTM) and business unit economics to inform campaign decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Navigate a dynamic environment, managing hyper-localized campaigns and making daily adjustments to maximize impact with initially efficient budgets
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience running successful paid acquisition campaigns in global markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with significant weight on Meta Ads.
- Mandatory B2B marketing experience
- Exceptional marketing analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and other data analysis tools
- Experience increasing spend: experience in taking small budgets and scaling them up significantly while keeping performance high
- A hands-on approach and a proactive mindset, comfortable with end-to-end campaign management.
