About the role
- Manage ClickUp project boards to organize, track, and deliver marketing initiatives on time
- Coordinate across team members and departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Support campaign planning by surfacing details, blockers, and next steps to keep the team aligned
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, webinars, and partner activations
- Manage communications with vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless execution
- Own pre-event checklists and post-event wrap-ups to capture learnings and process improvements
- Build, QA, and launch email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot or similar tools
- Track and report on performance metrics across email, social, and campaign touchpoints
- Implement testing and improvements to drive stronger engagement
- Assist in creating and scheduling social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Capture and edit short-form video to spotlight Saltbox members and bring the community to life
- Support campaigns with light graphic design, image sourcing, copy editing, and repurposing content
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or digital content creation (full-time roles, internships, or personal/creator projects)
- Detail-driven, forward-thinking with strong organizational and logistical skills
- Ability to take projects from A to Z, anticipate next steps, and keep teams aligned
- Comfortable with project management tools like ClickUp (or similar)
- Short-form video and social savvy; fluent in content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for light graphic design and video editing
- Experience with HubSpot (or quick to learn) and ability to build, QA, and launch basic email campaigns, workflows, and lists
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, speakers, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Based near a Saltbox location (Atlanta, Washington DC, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, or Seattle) and open to light travel (1–2x per quarter)
