The Role: Business Value Architect—consultative sales pro who listens, uncovers needs, and designs smart solutions. What You’ll Do: Start Conversations; Discover Needs; Shape Solutions; Craft Proposals; Build Relationships; Manage Pipeline; Deliver Revenue. Performance expectations include 10–12 conversations per month, $250k+ pipeline initially; 3–4 tailored proposals per month; 1–2 initial deals; pipeline to $500k–$750k; 1M+ annualized revenue; etc.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years in consultative B2B sales (technology consulting, IT services, or SaaS).
Track Record: Closed deals in the $50k–$500k range, ideally with offshore/nearshore IT service providers.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Computer Science (MBA preferred but not required).
Skills:
Strong business communication & proposal writing.
Ability to translate technical capabilities (AI, DevOps, Product Engineering, Cybersecurity) into business value.
Consultative, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven mindset.
Location: Based in the US, remote-first, with flexibility to travel for key meetings/events.
