About the role

  • Demonstrate core competencies in instructional design, project management, data analysis, and change management. Manage diverse tasks effectively, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient prioritization.
  • Contribute to the design and updates of Salsify’s LMS/CMS (Allego), oversee content and knowledge management, and handle daily system maintenance.
  • Lead the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of go-to-market (GTM) enablement programs for global revenue teams. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align with the latest releases and GTM messaging, creating engaging content tailored to revenue goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute major events such as Sales Kickoffs and Mid-Year Summits. Support the operational execution of large transformative initiatives through effective logistics management and proactive communication.
  • Quickly identify gaps in tools, reporting, and product knowledge, and execute initiatives to address these gaps effectively. Collaborate with revenue teams and cross-functional partners to develop role-specific enablement resources, manage stakeholder relationships, and facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, learning and development, training, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful programs at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and thrive as a brand ambassador during training events.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g.,Salesforce, Allego, Articulate360).
  • High ownership: you won’t be satisfied until every salesperson achieves their potential.
  • A “do what it takes” attitude to own and execute high quality outcomes.
  • A self starting attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design live, virtual and on-demand learning content and evaluate the success of a learning experience.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and project management experience creating alignment with cross-functional teams and delivering quality product on short timeframes.
