About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You shape the onboarding experience: you guide new clients from contract signing to a successful go-live.
You stay involved after training: during the first weeks you are the main point of contact and actively support clients as they start using the software.
You advise our clients on the optimal use of our tools — with the goal of simplifying their daily routines, digitizing processes and creating real added value.
You plan and organize your week independently, prepare accounts and keep track of your open to-dos.
You are our link: you work closely with Sales, Support and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You enjoy working with people, explain things patiently and quickly build rapport with a wide range of personalities — from single-location studios to multi-site businesses.
Structure and personal responsibility are natural to you — you know how to organize your day efficiently in a remote setup.
You speak German at a native level, can communicate in English and are willing to learn a digital product (CRM experience is a plus).
