About the role

  • You will grow the team to around five talented people. You lead people, not Excel spreadsheets — through one-on-ones, shared training and honest feedback.
  • You accompany your team to on-site appointments, support cold outreach, and demonstrate in live demos how Salonkee simplifies the daily operations of salon owners.
  • You organize the week so your team can succeed. You keep CRM maintenance and key metrics in view to quickly identify where adjustments are needed.
  • Especially at the start, you will be actively involved in sales yourself — not to break records, but to gain a detailed understanding of the market in Stuttgart.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales (ideally B2B) and you know how to open doors.
  • You don't have to have been a “Director,” but you have the talent to motivate others and take responsibility for shared goals.
  • You plan your region independently and know how to set priorities.
  • You speak fluent German and can communicate confidently in English with our international team.
  • A driver's license is required for on-site partner appointments.
