About the role

  • The captain on the field: You don’t lead from a distance. You are active in the market, lead by example, and ensure that opportunities turn into closed deals.
  • Pioneering & build-up: You’ll start with a team of three to penetrate the Stuttgart market and simultaneously grow your team (short-term target roughly 5 employees, with potential for more if successful).
  • Lead by example: During the build-up phase you will also generate deals yourself to fully understand how things work.
  • In the thick of it: You are responsible for achieving your team’s targets. You spend over 80% of your time in the field, accompany your team during cold calling and demos, and actively help convert deals.
  • Structure & sales craft: You organize the week, run 1:1 meetings and role-plays, and help remove obstacles quickly.
  • Know your numbers: You know the key metrics of your team members and actively manage based on them.
  • Motivation & performance: You create team challenges, strengthen the sales culture, and ensure everyone continuously improves and develops.

Requirements

  • Sales passion & hands-on mentality: You have at least 3–4 years of field sales experience and love being on the front line.
  • Leadership potential: You have the drive to take responsibility for a region and lead a team to success.
  • Work autonomously and strategically: You independently plan your activities, set clear goals, and find smart ways to establish Salonkee in Stuttgart.
  • Technical know‑how: Good understanding of technical contexts and solid experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communicator: Near-native German and good English for communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Mobile & flexible: A driving licence is essential for the intensive on-site work.
