System Analyst, Accounting, Core Engineering
SALMON ROBOTICS LIMITEDSystem Analyst supporting Accounting and Core Engineering with requirements for financial services and systems. Responsible for logic design, analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elicit, analyze, and formalize requirements for financial services and systems
- Design logic for accounting processes - GL, postings, fees, products
- Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and fix them
- Prepare technical specs and task definitions for development teams
- Work with finance, product, and IT stakeholders to align solutions
- Control implementation: participate in testing and acceptance
- Own tasks through to production release.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3+ years as a business or system analyst
- Experience with financial systems or financial processes
- Understanding of accounting principles, GL experience is a strong plus
- Strong system analysis and decomposition skills
- Reverse engineering skills
- Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- English B2 — you'll work with international stakeholders.
