About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain data quality dashboards tracking freshness, completeness, validity, and consistency of client data
Write SQL queries to investigate data issues, produce reports, and support ad hoc analytical requests
Map regulatory requirements to data fields and monitor compliance through ongoing analytics
Set up and maintain alerts for data quality degradation and outdated client records
Analyze data flows between the mobile app and back-office systems to identify gaps and inconsistencies
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams on data-related decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in data analytics
Proficient in SQL
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Able to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, or similar) is a big plus
Experience working with operational or client data is a big plus
Experience building data quality frameworks or monitoring systems is a big plus
