About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale the mentoring program for field teams – designing flows, tools, success metrics, and operational processes
Develop the learning block inside the Agent App, ensuring field staff have simple, high-quality, mobile-friendly training experiences
Lead the creation of AI-powered learning tools (AI Trainer, AI Examiner, coaching assistants) that boost speed, consistency, and quality of upskilling
Spend time in the field: visit stores, observe mentoring sessions, shadow agents – deeply understand their realities and learning gaps
Translate insights into a clear, prioritised backlog that accelerates agent performance and organizational capability
Partner closely with engineering, design, L&D, operations, and business leaders to ship impactful solutions fast
Define measurable KPIs for learning effectiveness, adoption, and productivity – track results and iterate relentlessly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience building and launching digital products end-to-end
Background in edtech, L&D tools, mobile apps, internal platforms, AI products, or fintech is a strong plus
Strong UX mindset, especially for users who aren’t digital natives and work in fast-paced, real-world environments
Skilled at balancing multiple stakeholders and aligning diverse teams around clear outcomes
Hands-on and field-oriented – you learn directly from agents, mentors, and managers, even stepping into their shoes when needed
Operationally sharp – focused on speed, quality, adoption, and solving edge cases across a large distributed workforce
Fluent in English
