About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in strengthening how learning is designed, delivered, and measured across multiple business units at Salmon
- Work closely with trainers, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure training is clear, effective, and aligned with real operational needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, or corporate training
- Experience designing end-to-end learning journeys (not just slides or materials)
- Strong content writing skills — clear, concise, and practical
- Solid understanding of instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
- Experience creating assessments and evaluation tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with subject matter experts
- Experience in customer support, fintech, BPO, or sales environments (strong advantage)
- Background in sales training or L&D within commercial teams (strong advantage)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, iSpring, Moodle, or similar) (strong advantage)
- Ability to analyze data and connect learning to business outcomes (strong advantage)
- Knowledge of microlearning and blended learning approaches (strong advantage)
