Key responsibilities & impact

Source and recruit participants for research studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
Screen candidates based on study criteria
Schedule sessions and manage calendars/logistics
Maintain and update participant database/panel
Coordinate communication with participants (invites, reminders, follow-ups)
Track recruitment progress and show-up rates
Support incentive distribution and documentation
Ensure a smooth and professional participant experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in operations, recruitment, research, or admin roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple studies simultaneously
Basic experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and scheduling tools
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
