About the role

The intern position is responsible for assigned finance projects and may rotate among the various Finance Organizations in a fast-paced team environment.
Each finance intern will partner with an experienced finance leader who will serve as a mentor to guide how we conduct business and how tasks are completed.
Interns will be assigned several projects giving exposure to different areas of corporate finance including segment financial analysis, accounting operations, corporate FP&A, treasury and investor relations.
Specific projects can include process mapping to discover opportunities for efficiency, building financial models to support analysis and/or forecasting efforts, or comparing financial performance to key competitors.
Partners with project manager in specific finance area to complete each assigned project.
Communicates with business partners throughout the organization as needed.
Each intern will give an end-of-summer presentation to Sally executives on one of their projects.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Some knowledge or education in General Ledger software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
