About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 services
  • Administer and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot environments
  • Develop and maintain operational standards, governance controls, and platform roadmaps
  • Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support and escalation assistance for complex platform issues
  • Manage Exchange Online architecture, mail flow, messaging security, transport rules, mail routing, and mailbox lifecycle processes
  • Configure retention policies, email compliance requirements, and messaging governance controls
  • Troubleshoot advanced client connectivity, mail delivery, authentication, and hybrid integration issues
  • Design and administer SharePoint Online sites, information architecture, permissions models, and content governance policies
  • Support SharePoint migrations, modernization initiatives, and platform optimization
  • Design, build, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions
  • Develop automation solutions, dashboards, reports, and executive-level analytics
  • Establish Power Platform governance, security, and environment management practices
  • Support deployment, administration, governance, and secure adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and implement AI-driven productivity use cases
  • Evaluate and support Copilot agents, Copilot Studio solutions, and future Microsoft AI capabilities
  • Monitor Copilot adoption, usage trends, and business value realization metrics
  • Ensure Microsoft 365 environments align with security standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation solutions
  • Create monitoring, reporting, and operational dashboards
  • Drive continuous service improvement through automation and process optimization
  • Maintain operational documentation, architecture standards, and technical procedures
  • Partner with business stakeholders, security teams, architects, and vendors to deliver collaboration, productivity, and AI-powered solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 cloud technologies
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on subject matter expert support for Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
  • Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform and developing solutions
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Proven experience deploying, administering, or supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Experience configuring Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance controls
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements common to financial services organizations
  • Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across multiple teams
  • Microsoft M365 Certification(s) preferred
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered automation solutions preferred
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Graph APIs preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations and information architecture design preferred
  • Experience with cloud governance, risk management, and compliance programs preferred
  • Experience developing enterprise Power Platform solutions utilizing Dataverse preferred
