Develop, compile, and oversee a range of reports such as SLA reports, Operational Excellence reports, Graylog reports, and additional performance-related reports.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an understandable and actionable manner.
Support the team with technical issues related to data and the E-commerce platform.
Maintain and improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the implementation of new reporting tools and systems.
Provide training and support to team members on report generation and data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data quality assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of Proven experience in creating and managing reports, preferably within an E-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Graylog).
Basic technical knowledge of E-commerce platforms and their data structures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
