About the role

  • You’ll be the go-to problem solver for our clients, resolving phone, email, and chat support tickets, reporting bugs, and collaborating with other departments to create the best customer experience possible.
  • You’ll be at the center of all the action and contribute to customer success in field sales.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency with iOS, Android, and web applications.
  • Experience in technical support or a help desk environment (even better if it's in SaaS!).
  • A knack for problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills – it’s the biggest part of this job, so we really mean it.
  • We want you to be someone our clients love to hear from because you’re smart, helpful, and cool under pressure.
  • An eye for detail and a strong team spirit – you’ll work independently but will always have your team’s back.
  • A natural sense of empathy and patience to help users of all technical levels resolve their issues.

  • Previous experience in the door-to-door sales industry (you’ll have insider knowledge of our clients).
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles like call centers, help desks, or tech support.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box.
  • An interest in continuous learning – a Product Specialist who is fast, effective, and proactively solves problems before they appear will really thrive here.
