Director, Commercial Operations – Excellence, Real Estate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the strategy and operational implementation of Commercial Operations across all sub-teams
- Build scalable structures, processes and a clear operating model
- Lead, develop and coach a team of ~25–30 employees including team leads
- Establish efficient end-to-end processes
- Build and enhance KPI systems, dashboards and reporting structures
- Act as the interface to Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, HR and Executive Leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence or Revenue Operations
- Leadership experience with larger teams (20+ employees)
- Experience building scalable organizational and process structures
- Experience in Sales Analytics, BI, KPI definition and performance management
- Solid experience with Salesforce and modern CRM systems
- High sense of ownership, hands-on mentality and drive to shape outcomes
- Strong results orientation and focus on impact
