About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for the strategy and operational implementation of Commercial Operations across all sub-teams
  • Build scalable structures, processes and a clear operating model
  • Lead, develop and coach a team of ~25–30 employees including team leads
  • Establish efficient end-to-end processes
  • Build and enhance KPI systems, dashboards and reporting structures
  • Act as the interface to Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, HR and Executive Leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence or Revenue Operations
  • Leadership experience with larger teams (20+ employees)
  • Experience building scalable organizational and process structures
  • Experience in Sales Analytics, BI, KPI definition and performance management
  • Solid experience with Salesforce and modern CRM systems
  • High sense of ownership, hands-on mentality and drive to shape outcomes
  • Strong results orientation and focus on impact
