Key Account Manager – Field Sales Manager, PropTech

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Regional & account responsibility: You actively and independently develop your sales territory.
- Management of a defined client portfolio: Strategic expansion of existing key accounts with a focus on growth and listings.
- New business development & pipeline management: Active field sales with approximately 8 appointments per week.
- Independent pipeline management including forecasting in the CRM.
- Revenue responsibility & performance: You deliver measurable results and drive business success.
- Customer relationships & market presence: You stay close to customers and build strong networks.
- Collaboration & working style: You work in a structured way and closely with internal teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- B2B field sales experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Experience with digital products, SaaS, or platform models: Ideally exposure to PropTech, real estate, or related industries.
- Hunter and farmer mentality: Strong in prospecting and in sustainable account management.
- Communication and advisory skills: Confident when dealing with decision-makers.
- Structured working methods and proficient with CRM systems.
