About the role

  • You define and implement innovative sales strategies to position our partner as the leading platform for freelancers and consultants.
  • You leverage and deliberately expand your existing network to meet ambitious targets and secure long‑term relationships with strategic clients.
  • You engage with senior decision‑makers — CTOs, CPOs, HR leaders, and procurement — negotiating global contracts with tact and commercial acumen.
  • By representing the company at industry events and working closely with local stakeholders, you build strong customer‑level networks.
  • You proactively drive RFI/RFP processes, opening doors to new markets and business opportunities for your clients.
  • You act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are reflected in the development of our products and services.
  • You lead and coach a motivated team of three, providing clarity and inspiration to deliver sustainable results.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, and an inspiring leadership style that provides direction and motivates others.
  • More than 5 years of experience in strategic sales, including developing new business areas and leading teams.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, negotiating, and closing deals at the highest decision‑making (C‑level) level.
  • Data‑driven and goal‑oriented, experienced in using processes to achieve targets.
  • Industry knowledge and contacts — especially in the healthcare sector — are a strong plus.
  • Excellent listening skills, genuine empathy, and the ability to find the right tone in complex situations.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic matrix structures and international teams.
  • Provides constructive feedback, remains positive under pressure, and believes that having fun is a key ingredient for real success.
