  • Go-To-Market, Positioning & Messaging Setup
  • Open every engagement by building the foundation for a successful go-to-market motion: Segment the client's market and define their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Develop a positioning & messaging strategy.
  • Create internal and external alignment on the strategy.
  • LinkedIn Go-To-Market Engine: Set up the strategy for a best-in-class LinkedIn motion.
  • Automate LinkedIn ICP network expansion and manage Thought Leader Ads.
  • Run bi-weekly content calls to draw out each client's expertise.
  • Keep communication smooth and timelines on track across every account you run.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep LinkedIn-as-GTM expertise: organic content, network expansion, and Thought Leader Ads.
  • A client-facing consulting presence: you can meet an executive at eye level and own the relationship, not just execute tasks.
  • A solid grasp of positioning and ICP, and the judgment to match the right thought leader to the right audience.
  • Excellent writing in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management, comfortable with AI tools.
