About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Open every engagement by building the foundation for a successful go-to-market motion: Segment the client's market and define their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) – the targeting framework that guides all go-to-market activities.
- Develop a positioning & messaging strategy that makes the client easy to remember and easy to buy.
- Create internal and external alignment on the strategy, delivered as a GTM activities & strategy alignment document, a market segmentation & ICP definition, and a positioning & messaging framework.
- Set up the strategy and infrastructure for a best-in-class, people-led LinkedIn motion that grows authority, builds trust and education with the audience, and attracts inbound opportunities.
- Build a bespoke LinkedIn content strategy that ties the LinkedIn motion to business goals – with a strong content narrative, thought-leadership positioning, and clear content pillars that ensure consistency and relevance.
- Run bi-weekly content calls to draw out each client's expertise, stories, and point of view as raw input for ideas.
- Keep communication smooth and timelines on track across every account you run. Build monthly performance reports so clients always know how their content – and their pipeline – is developing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on B2B marketing experience across positioning, messaging, and ICP definition – you know how to turn strategy into something a revenue team can actually use.
- Excellent writing and communication in both German and English.
- Genuinely strong copywriting – you can make an expert sound like the best version of themselves.
- Comfort with LinkedIn as a go-to-market channel, including content operations, automation tooling (network expansion, engagement capture, enrichment), and paid amplification via Thought Leader Ads.
- A highly organized way of working, comfortable juggling many accounts and moving pieces at once.
- Natural curiosity – happy to dig into any industry or topic.
- Sharp research habits, building real understanding before you write.
- A detail-oriented mindset with high standards for quality.
- Grounded confidence – self-assurance that's based on real competence and therefore doesn't need any show or exaggeration, and can say "I don't know" while still coming across as poised.
