Working Student – Marketing & Sales Support, HubSpot Unit

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the operational execution of LinkedIn content and webinar formats, as well as assistance with proposal processes
- Planning, creating and publishing LinkedIn content across multiple accounts
- Support in designing, organizing and running webinars
- Post-webinar follow-up, including lead handling and follow-ups
- Assistance in creating and structuring proposals (especially in an enterprise context)
- Operational support for marketing campaigns and GTM (go-to-market) activities
- Maintenance and basic analyses in HubSpot (e.g., contacts, campaigns, lists)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (at least 2 semesters remaining, ideally 3)
- Some practical experience in marketing, sales or content is a plus
- Structured and independent working style
- Interest in B2B, SaaS and digital business models
- Confident use of LinkedIn and digital tools
- Fluent in German and English
