About the role

  • Quality assurance for complex HubSpot Sales/Marketing/Service Hub projects for our B2B SaaS and professional services clients
  • Ensure our HubSpot projects are scalable and repeatable
  • Implement market-ready, high-quality HubSpot solutions with measurable bottom-line impact
  • Own complete implementations including workflow creation, data migration execution, and performing QA measures & technical audits
  • Design, develop, and implement non-native integrations between HubSpot and other subsystems such as ERP, accounting software, and custom solutions
  • Handle 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
  • Responsible for proactive and reactive activities to maintain our HubSpot partner status
  • Support deal closures in close collaboration with the GTM unit lead and management

Requirements

  • Initial experience with HubSpot as a power user or super-admin
  • Basic technical understanding of API integrations, middleware, and automations
  • More than 12 months of experience in client-facing or consulting-adjacent roles such as product management, project management, or consulting
  • Experience working with .csv files
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter)
