About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the operating plan, long-term corporate financial model, and rolling forecast in Adaptive Insights
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, analyze financial results and trends, assess business risk, and present key messages to senior management
- Perform ad-hoc business case and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to assess unit-level economics and KPIs for go-to-market teams and the company
- Support accounting during month-end close and variance analysis
- Serve as an FP&A business partner and trusted advisor to assigned groups
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning for assigned groups
- Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and identify areas of risk and opportunity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years of FP&A or Sales Operations experience
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in high-growth companies and comfort working on fast-paced teams with changing priorities
- Independent and flexible problem-solving ability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills required
- Experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus
- Ability to work independently, adapt, and continue learning
