About the role
- Partner closely with Strategy and Delivery stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, build, and optimize data models and ETL processes in Snowflake to support a wide range of analytical and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports in Tableau and CRMA to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our data and analytics platforms, providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our data by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
- Work with internal customers to understand their needs and author and define implementation plans and functional specifications that solve those needs.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar data-focused area, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large, complex datasets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau for building dashboards and data visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to drive projects from ideation to completion.
