About the role
- Lead feature development across teams
- Independently design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
- Build complex integrations between Salesforce and government systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop solutions that work in air-gapped and offline environments
- Optimize applications for performance within governor limits
- Create reusable components and frameworks for government use cases
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards
- Collaborate with architects on technical design decisions
- Drive adoption of best practices for Salesforce development
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Develop test plans and test automation for features and/or products
- Verify quality of the code delivered through manual and automated testing
- Troubleshoot production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience including: Apex classes, triggers, and batch processing, Lightning Web Components or Aura, SOQL/SOSL queries, Declarative tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be eligible to obtain Secret clearance
