Requirements
10+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience (Director-level)
7+ years leading SaaS product development programs with a deep understanding of the SaaS lifecycle
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Experience managing portfolio-level programs and cross-functional dependencies
Ability to quickly master technical subjects and communicate effectively with executives, teams, and stakeholders
Proven ability to drive alignment, consensus, and successful program delivery in a matrixed environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
