About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the vision and strategy for Tableau Next
  • Drive development of the next generation of Salesforce’s Analytics product line
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver an intelligent analytics experience integrated with Salesforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
  • Turn complex analytics configurations into automated, conversational, agent-guided flows
  • Partner with the data governance organization to implement intuitive, API-first governance enforced automatically by agents
  • Work with Analytics COE, Pricing, and GTM to design and enforce scalable licensing and monetization tooling
  • Own the roadmap for compliance in regulated industries and global deployments
  • Define automated regulatory-context detection and enforcement of residency, retention, access controls, and audit trails
  • Direct AI agents that detect and resolve data and administration tasks, including policy triage, alerts, and identity drift

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in Product Management
  • Depth in data security, enterprise infrastructure, or API-first products
  • Strong grasp of identity and governance concepts, including Row-Level Security and Attribute-Based Access Control
  • Track record of turning multi-day IT configuration into minutes-long, guided flows
  • Working knowledge of how agents/LLMs can automate security and connectivity decisions, such as semantic policy generation
  • Ability to set a clear “future of admin” vision and rally engineering/design around it
  • Salesforce Platform / Data Cloud security experience, including Private Connect and Named Credentials
  • Hands-on Tableau Server/Cloud admin experience, including Data Server, Bridge, and Site configuration
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, including APIs, SDKs, and MCP
  • Understanding of Zero Trust architecture applied to analytics platforms
  • Experience working with regulated industries, such as Government, Healthcare, and Financial Services
