About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational and analytical support to Employee Success Business Partners supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and global sales organization
- Support org health reviews, org changes, promotions, talent reviews, performance reviews, and employee experience surveys
- Monitor and interpret employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover trends and metrics
- Use HR analytics tools to support data-driven business decisions
- Support digital transformation through AI, Agents, UAT, and continuous process improvement
- Partner with ESBPs, Centers of Excellence, and global partners to deliver HR processes, programs, and insights
- Lead Employee Success programs, tracking objectives, timelines, communications, and successful completion
- Organize ESPC team members to achieve program objectives when needed
- Manage program communication channels and infrastructure, identifying automation and streamlining opportunities
- Coordinate program workstream leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare leadership updates, risk summaries, recommendations, and decision materials
- Prepare and facilitate program meetings, including agendas, decision tracking, action-item management, and follow-up
- Manage governance structures, RACI frameworks, and reporting cadences
- Execute organizational reshaping, growth, acquisitions, and reorganizations
- Create tools, templates, and resources for consistent service delivery at scale across a global team
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S.-based candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data
- Strong knowledge of Google Drive, including Sheets and Slides, or equivalent spreadsheet and presentation software
- Knowledge of Workday and Tableau
- Ability to translate trends and data into key insights and presentable themes
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills
- Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations, updates, and recommendations
- Ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural, fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and managing competing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, including when handling highly sensitive data
- Ability to recognize Salesforce's unique culture and proactively identify issues and development areas
- General knowledge of employment policies and practices
- Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices
- Prior exposure to workforce planning, go-to-market operations, annual planning cycles, or large-scale business transformations is advantageous
