Key responsibilities & impact

Provide steady architectural leadership across large and complex engagements
Partner with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions
Serve as a hands-on advisor combining Salesforce platform expertise, industry knowledge, and consulting acumen
Drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution
Ensure mission-critical programs are set up to deliver measurable outcomes
Provide and are accountable for architectural integrity, executive alignment, and elevate solution quality
Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems
Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success.
Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance (a must).
Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.
Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs.
Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs.
Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Resourceful and innovative thinker.
