About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce’s ITAR compliance program
  • Serve as Salesforce's designated ITAR Empowered Official
  • Review and sign export license applications
  • Conduct due diligence to verify eligibility of transaction parties
  • Manage ITAR registration with DDTC
  • Manage commodity jurisdiction classifications

  • Extensive experience as an ITAR compliance professional
  • Experience with Commodity Jurisdiction analysis
  • Proven track record of implementing effective compliance processes
  • Experience in managing export licensing processes
  • Experience with risk management and compliance audits
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven success in managing projects
  • Experience interfacing with government agencies, particularly DDTC
  • Familiarity with DECCS and compliance tools
