About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • develop vision, strategy and multi-release roadmap for the compute infrastructure platform with emphasis for AI and data workloads.
  • Own improving platform maturity for new AI and data application patterns and across critical platform capabilities such as availability, and scalability.
  • Innovate at infrastructure and platform level by deeply understanding user needs and product fit while leveraging the knowledge of Infrastructure/platform-as-a-service and open-source technologies.
  • Partner with Salesforce product clouds so that all services are available on Hyperforce.
  • Including gap analysis on requirements.
  • Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
  • Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years minimum of Product Management, Solution Architect or similar experience.
  • Specialization in user facing products, enterprise scale infrastructure/platform-as-a-service (IaaS/PaaS) platform, high-availability architecture, application networking and API management.
  • Proficiency and growth mindset in leveraging data analytics tools (eg. SQL) to query for product analytics and applying AI tools (eg. Claude Code) to build product prototypes.
  • Passion for creating seamless user experience through value-chain and user journey mapping.
  • Demonstrated experience in building product prototypes, writing strategy and translating customer needs into product capabilities.
  • Direct experience of working on and leveraging AWS, Google Cloud and Azure services.
  • A technical degree required, preferably in Software Engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
