Requirements

What you’ll need

Formal training and professional experience in both UX/Product Design and Software Development (e.g., degree in HCI/CS or dual career path as a Designer & Front-End/Full-Stack Engineer)
10+ years of total experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Developer Tooling
5+ years in a direct people management/leadership role overseeing design teams
Proven AI Fluency: 2+ years of hands-on experience actively building with, designing for, or developing against modern AI tools, LLMs, AI coding assistants, or agentic frameworks
Deep familiarity with developer jobs to be done (JTBD), workflows, mental models, and daily toolchains
Ability to write code to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to demonstrate UX vision
