About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and operationalize team rituals, cadences, and frameworks for Apps & Industries UX team
- Connect product roadmaps to UX priorities and manage design dependencies

Requirements
What you’ll need- at least 12 years of experience working in enterprise software in Design, Design Operations, or Program Management roles
- outstanding partnership and relationship-building skills in cross-functional environments
- familiarity with design processes and agile or scrum methodologies
- superb communication skills across multiple mediums
- a related technical degree required
- experience establishing credibility with senior executives
- experience running events and programs for internal teams or external customers
- experience designing and thinking in systems like mobile apps or content management systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
