About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Agentic Builder Strategy and scale the Builder model for TMT.
- Build the Path to First Agent Live and pilot on real data.
- Drive speed without sacrificing customer trust or long-term scalability.
- Own the Adoption & Consumption Motion, managing performance against targets.
- Champion the Adoption Playbook across the GTM deal cycle.
- Orchestrate alignment between various teams and lead executive customer engagements.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional Builders.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years in leading and scaling high-performing technical organizations
- Demonstrated track record deploying AI/LLM-based solutions at scale
- Attract, retain, coach, and scale top talent across leadership levels and technical disciplines
- Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, security, and integrations
- Working proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Apex, or Java)
- Proven ability to diagnose systemic failure patterns
- Engage C-level executives with credibility
- Experience leveraging product telemetry, observability data, and field intelligence
