About the role
- Collaborates with Customers and Partners during the project lifecycle
- Share extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform
- Architect the system and provide guidance during implementation
- Act as lead architect for the overall engagement
- Direct and mentor diverse teams in technical delivery aspects
Requirements
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR)
- Deep functional and business knowledge of industries/verticals Energy & Utilities and Telecommunications
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
- Experience in guiding customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology for business use cases
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
