About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives across Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, EMEA Supply Chain, Technology, and Consumer Goods
- Coach team through complex, multi-stakeholder AI transformation deals while holding them accountable to pipeline and revenue targets
- Define and execute a vertical sales strategy for the Agentforce Operations product suite
- Engage with C-suite, Operations, IT, and Customer Experience stakeholders at strategic accounts
- Build a high-performance team culture by partnering cross-functionally with solution engineering, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience in SaaS, AI automation, robotic process automation (RPA), business process automation (BPA), or cloud enterprise solutions
- At least 2+ years directly managing and developing a team of Account Executives
- Deep industry expertise in at least one of the verticals covered: Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS), Financial Services, Energy, Technology, or Consumer Goods
- Proven track record of leading sellers through complex, long-cycle enterprise deals
- Experience coaching on value-based and solution selling methodologies
