About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Lead client and prospect meetings, working cross-functionally with internal partners
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on sales process
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in leading Account Executives
  • Consistent track record of creating successful teams
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
