About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives
- Lead client and prospect meetings, working cross-functionally with internal partners
- Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team
- Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on sales process
- Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior management
- Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
- Monitoring sales activity of the team and tracking results
- Leading and monitoring demand generation activities
- Developing and implementing successful sales campaigns
- Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations
- Leading significant client concerns and issues
- Developing Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ yrs of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Proven experience in leading Account Executives
- Consistent track record of creating successful teams
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
