About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for the Headless 360 platform
  • Define and lead quarterly by-segment and by-OU GTM plays
  • Develop a clear Headless 360 platform competitive differentiation and value messaging
  • Align Headless 360 platform GTM priorities with top global campaigns
  • Equip sellers and partners with the assets needed to win opportunities
  • Own monthly and quarterly measurement of GTM program success
  • Build and run global enablement programs for the entire sales organization
  • Develop and deliver enablement content tailored by segment, industry, and buyer persona
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and establish a clear operating cadence
  • Champion a solution-selling motion across the Headless 360 platform GTM
  • Develop deal-winning narratives, discovery question guides, and ROI frameworks
  • Lead by example as a marketing maker—leveraging AI tooling to increase content output
  • Partner with executives on strategic leadership communications
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing GTM PMM team
  • Foster a culture of clarity, speed, accountability, and inclusion
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Salesforce's GTM marketing organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or Sales Enablement leadership roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-selling methodologies
  • Experience with developer platforms, headless/composable architecture, or API-first products strongly preferred
  • Strong background in security, trust, governance, and compliance
  • Proven track record building global enablement programs at scale
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
