Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
  • Own the revenue forecast and GTM strategy for Austria and German Mid-Market
  • Drive a culture of "data care" by ensuring meticulous CRM maintenance
  • Masterfully apply structured sales methodologies to close complex deals
  • Act as a bridge between the Data Foundation specialist team and Salesforce Core teams
  • Leverage your existing network to build C-suite relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record leading sales teams in Enterprise Software or Specialist Sales
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and Solution Sales with a mastery of structured methodologies
  • A robust, active customer network within the Germany Mid-Market or Austria Enterprise segments
  • A "Coaching First" mindset with a proven history of hiring and transforming sales teams
  • The ability to effectively connect and involve higher-ranked managers and C-level stakeholders in deals strategically
  • Fluency in German and English
