About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Own the revenue forecast and GTM strategy for Austria and German Mid-Market
- Drive a culture of "data care" by ensuring meticulous CRM maintenance
- Masterfully apply structured sales methodologies to close complex deals
- Act as a bridge between the Data Foundation specialist team and Salesforce Core teams
- Leverage your existing network to build C-suite relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record leading sales teams in Enterprise Software or Specialist Sales
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and Solution Sales with a mastery of structured methodologies
- A robust, active customer network within the Germany Mid-Market or Austria Enterprise segments
- A "Coaching First" mindset with a proven history of hiring and transforming sales teams
- The ability to effectively connect and involve higher-ranked managers and C-level stakeholders in deals strategically
- Fluency in German and English
