Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with co-account executives and stakeholders to define, own, and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategic roadmap for complex, top-tier accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Evangelize AI-powered solutions, platform ecosystems, and digital transformation through strategic, value-based selling and compelling Points of View (POVs)
- Function as the 'Strategic Quarterback' leading a large virtual team
- Align Specialist AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global System Integrators (GSIs) to ensure a seamless, unified customer experience
- Translate deep industry trends into tangible business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic workshops that empower customers to achieve their global business objectives
- Navigate high-pressure environments, manage complex annual quota planning, deliver accurate forecasting, and consistently achieve revenue goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in complex, multi-national enterprise SaaS sales, top-tier management consulting, or driving large-scale internal digital transformations within the specified vertical
- Proven ability to convey leadership, direction, and confidence in every interaction, effortlessly adapting your communication style for top-down C-level discussions
- Demonstrated success navigating and leading large, cross-functional virtual teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment without formal disciplinary authority
- A consistent track record of navigating high-pressure commercial environments, managing complex enterprise deal cycles, and meeting or exceeding high-value revenue quotas
- Professional fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) to support our regional and global client bases
