About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain best-in-class enablement materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning
- Partner closely with sales leadership and enablement teams to develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Create clear, crisp "how to sell Qualified" narratives for various seller audiences (Enterprise, Commercial, industry-specific)
- Support the content hub strategy, ensuring sellers can always find what they need
- Support product marketing leadership in defining the relationship between Qualified/Piper and the broader Agentforce platform
- Develop enterprise-ready positioning assets that address long-term roadmap, architectural relationships, and integration vision
- Collaborate with product marketing and GTM leadership to keep positioning sharp as the product and integration story evolves
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience at a Salesforce ISV or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
- Proven track record driving success in a role that spans product positioning & messaging or sales enablement
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and comfort navigating technical positioning
- Strong written communicator who can translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for sellers, customers, and executive audiences
- Background in competitive intelligence / competitive strategy a plus
- Highly collaborative - you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, Product, Success, Demand Gen, and Product on a daily basis
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment with shifting priorities and lots of ambiguity.
